No longer blogging on this site

Sorry, but I am no longer blogging on this site. I get far too many vamp stats, and not a lot of readers. I will be occasionally guest posting on http://counterfett.blogspot.com/ if you are interested. Thanks for the following, but I'd rather blog about crafts I enjoy doing.

Starcraft Mega Bloks Update

Still no news for 2 years. I guess I shouldn't be surprised by this, I mean Blizzard is involved. Took them 14 years to get another game up and going, which is awesome by the way. I just got my Starcraft sweater made by Jinx in the mail, as my birthday gift. Now I cannot wait for the cold weather to happen. It just so happens that we will reach triple digit temperatures today. Figures!

But anyway, I really wanted Mega Bloks to come up with some Starcraft sets, but they are totally slacking. I thought businesses wanted lots of money?!? Perhaps they think there's no market, but I can tell you there is. If only they would produce already. So no news on this front, other than the spring 2013 banner has been changed to coming soon. And they leave it at that. Mega Bloks says they are not putting them out this year, so just like the Starcraft game itself this has become a waiting game. When will Blizzard learn that there is a market for Starcraft? Until then you can check out the site here:

Lego Monster High Robecca Steam

Robecca Steam is steaming up this blog! Here's my Lego version of her so far. I used the gold hands from c3po from Star Wars, and painted a head gold. I gave her blue streaks in black Lego Friend hair, and I gave her gold arms and legs from the diver from series 8. I then gave her the blue torso from the space marine from series 7. I think she's almost done minus the face. Other than that I don't think I'll need much more in order to complete her. Robecca Steam's totally steam-punk, and I love it!

Lego Monster High Cleo de Nile

Cleo de Nile is the it girl. I have made her from lego Friend's hair with gold paint streaks, beige arms, hands, and legs. She is sporting a bright blue torso and a flesh face with face image from the Prince of Persia set I have double of. I will make her a fabric wrap that she normally rocks later on, but I think this is her basic body so far. Looks good right? Here's the mistress of Monster High Cleo de Nile!

Lego Monster High Frankie Stein

Frankie Stein is a staple at Monster High. Here she is rockin' the white paint in her black lego friend's hair piece, the sand green from star wars set I had- including the hand pieces that are hard to come by now a days, the sand green head- a special order piece, and the Lego Ninjago torso. I will give her a face and skirt later on when I decide if I'm painting or putting decals for the facial features. But until then here's a sparking image of my Lego Monster High Frankie Stein.
